1. Shipping Timeline

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Shipping Time: Typically take 7-15 business days to arrive.

Please note: During high-demand seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.


2. Tracking Information

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package directly through our "Track Your Order" page on our website. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.


3. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Noup is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
